Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal was received by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For returns, we can provide you with a return label upon request:

Rest of Europe: €4.99

The use of this label is voluntary. Alternatively, you can arrange the return independently through a shipping service provider of your choice.

Compensation for value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

Voluntary right of return (30 days)

Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

The prerequisite is that the goods are:

unworn
show no signs of use
returned complete and with all labels

The statutory rights, in particular the statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected by this.

Even within the framework of the voluntary right of return, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Returns and size exchanges can be easily registered via our returns portal . Simply select either a refund or a free size exchange.

Where are your jeans manufactured and processed?

Our jeans are manufactured exclusively in a factory in Istanbul, a family-run business with whom we have worked closely for many years. All production steps, from cutting and sewing to stone washing and hand-finishing processes, take place in one location. This ensures that our fit, cut, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

The higher price is primarily due to the handcrafted production, the elaborate washing processes, and the small production runs. Our jeans are not mass-produced; they are deliberately made in limited quantities.

We source our fabrics from the renowned manufacturer ISKO, which stands for the highest quality and holds all relevant certifications. Istanbul, in particular, is considered one of Europe's leading locations for high-quality denim production, especially in the areas of washing and finishing, where decades of experience and specialized know-how are at stake.

Since we work exclusively with one manufacturer, we are regularly on-site and visit the production facility once or twice a month. This close collaboration allows us, as two family businesses, to benefit from each other and continuously improve our processes, particularly in the areas of sustainability and responsibility.
