Right of withdrawal

A. Cancellation policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GS Modevertriebs GmbH, Marktstr. 11, 88356 Ostrach, Germany, Tel.: +49 (0)7585 9358475, Fax: +49 (0)7585 9242951, Email: onlineshop@gluecksstern.de ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the period.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery method chosen by you), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your cancellation notice.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return conditions:

The goods must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
Items returned damaged, soiled, or without original packaging may be excluded from refund or subject to a reduction in value.
Returns must be received by us no later than 14 days after cancellation.

Return costs & flat rate:

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For returns we charge a return shipping fee of €5.00 , which will be deducted from the refund.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

3. General information on returns

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging.
Do not return the goods to us freight collect .
Please keep the return receipt as proof.
Please note that these instructions are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
