WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We do our best to process and ship your GlücksStern product as quickly as possible. Processing time is typically 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code.
VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
- For EU orders and orders from Switzerland, VAT and customs duties are included (we ship from Germany).
- For orders outside the EU, VAT and customs duties may apply, which are to be borne by the buyer.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ostrach, Germany. Transit times begin with the shipping date, not the order date. Please allow 24 hours for processing your order.
Here are the estimated delivery times:
Germany: 1-3 working days
Switzerland: 2-4 working days including customs fees
Europe (EU): 2-4 working days
Rest of the world: 5-12 working days
RETURN SHIPPING AND RETURN FEE
As a small, sustainable company, we encourage conscious purchasing decisions to avoid unnecessary returns. Should you nevertheless wish to return an order, the following conditions apply:
- Returns from the EU: A return shipping fee of EUR 5 will be charged. This will be deducted from the refunded purchase price.

Returns from Switzerland: To make shipping and customs clearance of your return as easy as possible, we work with Mein Einkauf.ch for returns from Switzerland. Please send your return to the following address in Switzerland:

MeinEinkauf.ch will then ship your return to our warehouse in Germany. The remaining CHF 15 (for return shipping to Germany and processing your return) will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping costs will be waived if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
