refund policy

The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store gluecksstern.de is as follows:

1st

For Germany and Austria, click on the following link: https://gluecksstern.de/apps/returns?is_merchant=1 within 14 days from the date you received the product.

2nd

Enter your order number and the email address associated with the order.

Select the option for a refund or exchange and provide the reason.

4th

Choose your preferred return method: home pickup or a pickup point.

Do I have to pay anything for a return?

At the end of the process, under "Summary", you will find the cost of the return. No immediate payment is required.

We will deduct the return shipping fee when processing the refund.

The return costs are borne by the customer 6€ flat rate.

Important: The item remains your responsibility until it is received at our store. Please note: If the returned item is worn or stained, we will not be able to process the return.

We are very sorry, but we cannot compensate for the return costs from abroad. Customers from abroad are welcome to send their return to us themselves (we recommend insured).

How do I get my refund?

Once a return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have confirmed that the returned items are in perfect condition with all original packaging and labels, you will receive an email notification of the amount credited to your account.

What if the refunded amount is incorrect?

In such cases, please contact us at onlineshop@gluecksstern.de We will endeavor to solve the problem immediately.

What happens if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

If GlücksStern accidentally ships a different item than the one you ordered or the quality of a product is not satisfactory, please contact us at onlineshop@gluecksstern.de to arrange a return and/or exchange. In this case, GlücksStern will cover both the shipping and return costs.

Special offers:

Scented candles: If you return all jeans, the scented candle will be charged in full.

For special offers with free shipping, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Total processing time for return and refund: up to 23 days.
