Shipping and handling costs

Your goods will be shipped with DHL and will be delivered directly to your home
or delivered to a packing station. The delivery time is usually
3-5 working days.

The shipping costs within Germany are 5.95 €.

For shipments to Austria we charge 14,95€.

Return with DHL:
Returns with DHL within Germany and Austria are free of charge. If you are not satisfied or have a complaint, please go to our returns portal: https://gluecksstern.de/apps/returns?&is_merchant=1

There you must enter your order number and email address. You will then be redirected to a page where you can enter the number of items and the reason for the return.

Once you have completed this process, you will receive your DHL return label to print.

You don't have a printer? No problem! - Show the QR code
of the DHL return label on your mobile phone at the DHL post office.
DHL will print your label!
