Order process

1. SHOPPING CART

Select the products you want to order by
You click the "ADD TO CART" button. This will save your selection
in the shopping cart. You can keep this selection until you submit your

2. CASHIER

4. COMPLETE ORDER PROCESS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DATA PROTECTION

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected
Products, shipping and billing address and your contact details.
Check that all information is correct and please read the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy carefully. You can now proceed with the order if you agree to the general terms and conditions and the privacy policy (check the box). You can also register for email marketing notifications if you would like to be notified about promotions by checking the box. You send your order by clicking the "Submit order" button.

5. Return

Returns are registered via our returns portal. There you simply enter your order number and your email address and can then return items, stating a reason. The return label is generated automatically.
