Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which your cancellation declaration was received by us.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For returns, we will provide you with a return label upon request:

• Germany: €2.99

• Rest of Europe: €4.99

The use of this label is voluntary. Alternatively, you can organize the return yourself via a shipping service provider of your choice.

Compensation for loss of value

You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Voluntary right of return (30 days)

Irrespective of the statutory right of cancellation, we grant you a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

The prerequisite is that the goods:

• are unworn

• show no signs of wear

• are returned complete and with all labels

The statutory rights, in particular the statutory right of cancellation, remain unaffected by this.

Even within the framework of the voluntary right of return, you bear the direct costs of the return.
