These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop of

2. Contracting Parties and Conclusion of Contract

(1) The purchase contract is concluded with Glücksstern.

(2) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to place an order.

(3) By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

(4) Deliveries to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST). This company also handles customs clearance, invoicing and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged.

To enable smooth delivery to Switzerland, we inform for reasons of transparency that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the trade chain. This does not result in any additional costs for the buyer.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

(1) All prices are in Euro and include statutory value-added tax.

(2) In addition to the product prices, shipping costs may apply. These are separately indicated in the order process.

4. Payment Conditions

5. Delivery and Delivery Conditions

(1) Delivery is available within Germany as well as to selected countries in the European Union and internationally.

(2) Delivery time within Germany
The delivery time is usually 1–3 business days after contract conclusion.

(3) For deliveries to other countries, the delivery times indicated on the shipping costs page apply.

(4) Should an item not be available, you will be informed immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Returns

(1) In the event of a withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

(2) For returns within Germany, we provide a return label at a price of €5.00 upon request. The use of this label is voluntary. Alternatively, you can organize the return yourself.

(3) The charge is exclusively for the use of this return label as a shipping service.

(4) In the event of a defect or an error on our part, we will bear the return costs.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

9. Warranty and Liability

(1) The statutory warranty rights apply.

(2) We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

(3) In the event of slight negligence in breaching essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

10. Dispute Resolution

(2) We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The statutory provisions shall take the place of the invalid provision.

How do your jeans fit?

Our jeans tend to run a bit large, as their flexible material quality allows them to adapt comfortably to the body. For the ideal fit, we recommend choosing one size smaller. Detailed fitting notes can also be found in the respective product description for each model.

How do returns or size exchanges work?

Returns and size exchanges can be conveniently registered via our returns portal. There, you simply choose refund or free size exchange.

Where are your jeans made and processed?

Our jeans are exclusively manufactured in a factory in Istanbul, a family-run business with which we have been working closely for years. All production steps, from cutting and sewing to stone washing and manual finishing processes, take place in one location. This ensures that our fits, cuts, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

The higher price primarily results from the artisanal craftsmanship, the elaborate washes, and the small production quantity. Our jeans are not a mass product; rather, they are deliberately produced in limited quantities.

We source the fabrics used from the renowned manufacturer ISKO, which stands for the highest quality and holds all relevant certifications. Istanbul, in particular, is considered one of Europe's leading locations for high-quality denim production, especially in the areas of washing and finishing, where decades of experience and specialized know-how are available.

Since we work exclusively with one manufacturer, we are regularly on site, visiting the production one to two times a month. This close exchange allows us, as two family businesses, to mutually benefit from each other and continuously develop our processes, especially in the areas of sustainability and responsibility.
