2. Promotional period

The prize draw begins on May 10, 2026, at 00:00 AM and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM.

All eligible orders that have been fully completed within this period will be considered.

3. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 years or older with residence in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.

Since only women's jeans are sold in the online shop, the promotion is specifically aimed at female customers and women who want to treat themselves or another person.

Legally: All persons who fulfill these conditions of participation are eligible to participate.

Employees of GS Modevertriebs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Only one entry per person is possible, even if multiple orders are placed within the promotional period.

4. Participation via order

Participation is automatic if an order with a gross merchandise value of at least €150 is placed within the promotional period.

The decisive factor is the final merchandise value after discounts, vouchers, cancellations, and returns.

A size exchange does not affect participation, provided the order is not fully returned or fully revoked.

In the event of a full return, full revocation, or full cancellation of the order, participation in the prize draw is forfeited.

In the event of a partial return, participation remains valid only if the remaining gross merchandise value is still at least €150.

5. Free alternative participation

Alternatively, participation is possible without placing an order.

Subject: Wellness Weekend Prize Draw

The email must contain the following information:

First name, last name, email address, and date of birth.

Free participation is only possible once per person and must be received by May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM at the latest.

6. Prize

The prize is a wellness weekend on Lake Constance worth €1,500 at the Hotel Hirsch Horn.

The prize includes a wellness weekend of the total value mentioned. The exact travel date will be flexibly arranged with the winner and depends on availability.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the prize does not include: travel to and from the destination, additional food and beverages, tourist tax, personal expenses, additional services, insurance, or other incidental costs.

Cash payment, payment of remaining amounts, transfer, or exchange of the prize is excluded.

7. Winner determination

The winner will be determined by a random draw from all eligible participants after the promotional period has ended.

The draw is expected to take place within 14 days after the end of the prize draw period.

8. Prize notification

The winner will be notified by email.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days after the prize notification is sent, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, GS Modevertriebs GmbH is entitled to draw a new winner.

Publication of the name will only take place with prior express consent.

9. Exclusion from the prize draw

GS Modevertriebs GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize draw if they violate these conditions of participation, provide false information, participate multiple times, or attempt to manipulate the prize draw.

Orders that are fully returned, fully revoked, canceled, or not paid for will also be excluded.

10. Changes or early termination

GS Modevertriebs GmbH reserves the right to change, interrupt, or prematurely terminate the prize draw at any time for important reasons, especially if technical, legal, or organizational reasons make proper execution impossible.

11. Data protection

For the purpose of carrying out the prize draw, GS Modevertriebs GmbH processes the necessary personal data of the participants, in particular name, email address, order information, and, if applicable, further contact details for prize processing.

The data will be used exclusively for the implementation and processing of the prize draw, unless separate consent has been given for further purposes, such as newsletters or advertising.

Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the processing of the prize, for example, to the hotel or involved service providers.

12. Liability

GS Modevertriebs GmbH is not liable for technical malfunctions, failures, delays, or data loss that are beyond its control.

GS Modevertriebs GmbH is only liable for damages in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

13. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

14. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

15. Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
