1. SHOPPING CART

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. This will add your selection to the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order, for example by changing the quantity of products, deleting the selection by clicking the "Remove" checkbox, or canceling the order process. By clicking the "CHECKOUT" button, you will proceed to the next step of the order.

2. CHECKOUT

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with data protection regulations (Privacy Policy).

By clicking the "Continue to Shipping" button, you will proceed to the next order step. Enter your desired shipping method. By clicking the "Continue to Payment" button, you will proceed to the next order step.

3. SELECT PAYMENT METHOD

Enter your desired payment method. By clicking the "Review Order" button, you will proceed to the next order step.

4. COMPLETE ORDER / TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DATA PROTECTION

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, and your contact details. Please check that all information is correct and read the General Terms and Conditions and the Right of Withdrawal carefully. You can now proceed with the order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (tick the box). You can also sign up for email marketing notifications by ticking the box if you wish to be notified about promotions. By clicking the "Submit Order" button, you will send your order.

5. RETURNS

Returns are registered via our returns portal. Simply enter your order number and email address there and you can then return items, stating a reason. The return label is generated automatically.

How do your jeans fit?

Our jeans tend to run a bit large, as their flexible material quality allows them to adapt comfortably to the body. For the ideal fit, we recommend choosing one size smaller. Detailed fitting notes can also be found in the respective product description for each model.

How do returns or size exchanges work?

Returns and size exchanges can be conveniently registered via our returns portal. There, you simply choose refund or free size exchange.

Where are your jeans made and processed?

Our jeans are exclusively manufactured in a factory in Istanbul, a family-run business with which we have been working closely for years. All production steps, from cutting and sewing to stone washing and manual finishing processes, take place in one location. This ensures that our fits, cuts, and quality standards are consistently maintained.

The higher price primarily results from the artisanal craftsmanship, the elaborate washes, and the small production quantity. Our jeans are not a mass product; rather, they are deliberately produced in limited quantities.

We source the fabrics used from the renowned manufacturer ISKO, which stands for the highest quality and holds all relevant certifications. Istanbul, in particular, is considered one of Europe's leading locations for high-quality denim production, especially in the areas of washing and finishing, where decades of experience and specialized know-how are available.

Since we work exclusively with one manufacturer, we are regularly on site, visiting the production one to two times a month. This close exchange allows us, as two family businesses, to mutually benefit from each other and continuously develop our processes, especially in the areas of sustainability and responsibility.
